GPRS settings

hi.. can anyone here help me?? i terribly needed help to configure my NEC
e616 GPRS here. i am from malaysia. and i am using DIGI sim card. i activated my gprs and mms but i cant use them. it is because of the settings.
can anyone pls kindly help or teach me on how to configure my phone pls.
