multiple messages, help
hi all
wondering if anyone has had a problem with multiple texts messages aswell
For example On my bill they have charged me 4 times for one text message. Each message appears more than once, when i have only sent one message at that one time.
Phoned up three saying there was a problem and they firstly said they would give me money back, but then phoned back saying that they charge more for messages over 160 characters
Is this true
Any help on this issue would be great
