Help with phone exchange
Hi im new to this and i have a samsung T629 and i have exchanged it 4 times in total and i was wondering if I could get a whole different phone but the first time i asked customer service about this they were gonna give me a motorola razr but its only 50 dollars and i spent 200 oin this phone i did this about 2 months ago and i declined the offer to the razr .But when i recently called with the same question they said it wasnt possible with the t629 but i called them again and they offered the razr I am very frustrated with this fact and i was wondering if there was any way i could get a fair exchange. If that doesnt work then i am planning to cancel my lines with out of a termination fee because of the text message increase coming on june 1st.
