A Turn For The Worst
Looking for some advise,
Back in the summer of this year, I extended my contract with Orange, and added a 'Business Everywhere' Card to my account.
Up until a few months ago, I was happy with the service provided, Network coverage & availability, the promptness of being able to contact Orange 150, and the functionality of my handset and services.
Sadly things took a turn for the worst....
Keeping things brief, I had issues with voice mail icons that Orange NEVER got around to resolving. Calls to 150 lasted on average of 30min until getting through to someone with "Someone will call you back" never materialising. Network coverage for my home postcode is now NON-EXISTANT until I drive a mile plus or so into town. I REGULARLY get missed calls when the handset is in full working order, and I REGULARLY am without access to my Datacard for some unexplained reason (just refuses to connect to network).
Orange has plummeted in my opinion as being a professional and competent provider, and I now urge anyone I know looking at them to stay away. However I am stuck under contract with them and the dissapointing service they provide me.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to who I should contact or what action i should take, as I fell this really isn't value for the 拢100+/month I pay.
Unless things improve, the sooner I can get away from Orange the better I'm sorry to say.
