upper ohio valley time to live??

I was wondering if anyone knows when the upper ohio valley area, wheeling/steubenville/weirton, will go live with service? I just noticed local numbers for weirton, steubenville and wheeling were placed as of late june so how long until verizon can start using those numbers and launch it's network after they are assigned the local exchanges? I would love to see EVDO but I don't know how to tell if this area would be evdo or just 1x when it does launch.
