Is Sprint customer service always this bad?

Is Sprint customer service always this bad?

hate to start a thread with such a negative note but I would really like to know what others on here think.

I'm relatively new to Sprint, coming from another wireless service. I was used to 2 to 3 minute waits for customer service and English speaking CSR's. Now I am becoming used to waiting at least thirty minutes (most of the time upwards of 60 minutes) just to speak with someone who is hardly understandable.

Is this something that Sprint is known for or is it a fairly new issue? Are you all used to waiting so long for service? Do you all fight to understand the CSR's?

At this point I figure on having to spend at least 60 to 90 minutes on the phone whenever I am in need of customer service. Do any of you have advice as to how to bypass this problem?
