Since upgrading my tmobile firmware I can on longer play my napster to go tracks as it says license expired. Plugging it in to Napster doesn't help and WMP & Napster error out he I try to transfer or sync.

One suggestion that has been made that I'm willing to try if I have to is to reset the device and reformat my SD Card. What does a hard and soft format do in respect of installed apps?
