hey guys i have a question here about ordering phones from the premiere website. i ordered a treo 750 a week or so ago. after i got it i activated it. when i go to my online manager. when i go to phone upgrade it give me this message.


"We're sorry, but we are experiencing a temporary system error that prevents us from retrieving your account information"


since this message has been up there i cant order anything. as soon as i try to order it, it cancels my order out. I'm pretty sure also i can do multiple upgrades according to the agreement with McDonald's.

any ideas on what is wrong? Or if i did anything wrong.
