Nec 616 - New Unit, More Problems!!!

I have just received a NEW 616 as a replacement for my faulty unit from 3 and guess what, SAM PROBLEMS with the added bonus of the front screen not working at all.

I am getting passed from piller to post by 3 and need:

3G's Head Office Address

and

3G's head office phone number

plus

Any advice someone can give me with this matter. I'm going round the bend here and feel like no one at 3 gives a toss.
Wish I'd never left Orange.
