complaints to 3 executive number + otelo

i have 2 616 phones wich both i have the same problems with even after 3 replacements and in beetween 3 repairs and on the other phone 3rd repair. this is the number for exeutive office 0870 330 295 when i rang i was asked if i had complaied to otelo and other bodies like this one, so after the calli got intouch with otelo , told them about all my problems with 3 , and they give me a code to use the next time that i had to ring..3.........the number for OTELO is 0870 733 0295 ............hopefuly these people will be able to fight your corner.....but i was told that afer you first complain they have 12 weeks in wich to sort your problam out ...................good luck because if you own a 3 phone you will need
