Hi there,

Right here is my story.
I signed up to 3's VideoTalk 1000 about 8 month's ago with the NEC e606.
This was to be honest crap, phone kept cutting out etc etc so about 2 months ago I sent a few letters to Three which never got answered.
I was by this point getting very very angry with the phone and company. I then sent a letter direct to the CEO's office in Maidenhead. The next day I had a call and was offered a free replacement of the phone to the e616.
This I thought was great, that was until I found out what a piece of **** the e616 was!
My phone switches off at random points and also very often does not let people get through to me, I often have my friends telling me that my phone goes through to answerphone even when I am in a full coverage area??? Err why?
I now cannot wait to rid myself of this fly by night company.


How can one company make such a muck up of something that could possibly be very good?

I cannot wait to go back to Vodafone or 02. My experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth and I really cannot wait to jump ship.

Everything down to customer service stinks, which in my eyes is not how a company should be run! Surely us customers are the lifeblood so should be cared for? Apparently that is not 3's way of thinking.
Sorry to rant, but having just got off the phone to customer services (who don鈥檛 understand English may I add) I am a little annoyed!
